We can develop specialised Programme Management bespoke software solutions, irrespective of industry or the nature of the programme / projects. As an example, we developed and prototyped a customised Programme Management solution for the R1 billion National Hospital Revitalisation programme that was running in the early 2000’s. The tool automated the management and administration of the grant to the nine provinces which included progress tracking and accurate reporting. As part of this novel solution, we patented an Early Warning System based on multivariable analysis to determine projects that may fall short of delivering on their commitments.

Project Meeting Software

The challenge with project meetings and meetings in general, is the delay
associated in getting meeting minutes out on time and the ability to track actions to completion. We have developed and commercialised a Project Meeting tool that solved both challenges. The tool was judged first runner up in the All-Africa Public Sector Innovation Awards held in Kenya, 2010. As part of this novel software solution, we patented an associated Project Meeting effectiveness methodology to enable project managers to drive performance of their project teams, eliminating the need for micromanagement.

Novel Agile Software Delivery Framework

In the fast-paced technological world that we live in, there is a need to continuously review and improve our processes and systems to keep up our competitiveness. To this end, we have developed a novel framework for software development and incident management and an associated cloud-based implementation tool. Our framework provides a Project Management process and tool that fits in perfectly with the DevOps culture and will replace Scrum as the development process going forward. Based on motorsport where performance, precision and pace are of utmost importance to win, our system is expected to deliver software products with at least a 30% reduction in time and costs.
